Received the source files from the client.

Step 2: Pre-processing
Use Trados etc. to pre-process the source files, including format conversion and process into translatable formats, discover the problems and fix them with the client together.
 
Step 3: Workload Analysis
Use Trados etc. to analyze the volume of translation, DTP and engineering.

Step 4: Quote
Submit the processed source files to client for translation, with our quote on engineering parts.

Step 5: Post-processing
Received the finished translation from the client to do post-processing, including format conversion, fix tags, pick up problems and fix them etc.

Step 6: DTP
Arrange DTP team to do document typesetting.

Step 7: L10N Engineering
Implement user interface testing, help compilation and checking etc..

Step 8: Product Testing
Proceed with application testing including functional testing and linguistic checking.

Step 9: Screenshoting
Make screenshots on the displays of the localized application in order to insert into the user manuals.

Step 10: Delivery
Deliver the final files after get confirmation from the client.
